Tuition: $223 Days: 2 Days / 16 Hours CRISIS NEGOTIATIONS FOR DISPATCHERS POST Plan IV. This two day course is designed to enhance the skills of communications personnel concerning the challenge of crisis communications. In this training course, experienced Crisis Negotiators deliver material designed to strengthen the students understanding of the variables involved in negotiations and enhance the students skills in the areas of Active Listening, Suicide Intervention and Domestic Violence dynamics in crisis negotiation incidents. Case studies will be presented that will examine the role of Dispatchers that have been placed in the position of Crisis Negotiator.
